Cancellation Policy – Travel Package

• A client may cancel their booking by notifying Novi Journey Private Ltd by email, written notification, or through their booking agent (where applicable). The applicable cancellation fees shall be determined based on the date Novi Journey receives the request to cancel.
• Cancellation received 60 days or more before the departure date of the expedition: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation received 30–59 days before the departure date of the expedition: the full amount is non-refundable.
• Cancellation received 29 days or less: all monies paid are non-refundable. No replacements accepted.
• Travel insurance is non-refundable. Refunds will be issued minus the applicable cancellation fees and any non-refundable services purchased.

Refund Policy – Travel Package

• To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the tour fee is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining 75% tour cost must be paid 45 days prior to the departure date.
• A service fee of Rs 5000 per person is applicable. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If you cancel a purchased trip package within 15 days, you may be eligible for a refund based on the package’s terms and conditions.
• Any bank fees associated with the refund will be deducted. No refunds or reductions will be issued for unused services (flights, accommodations, meals, etc.) for personal reasons.

Return Policy for Souvenir Items

14 Days Return Policy

• We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
• Returns will be processed within 7 working days from receipt at our distribution center in Chennai.
• Refunds will be transferred to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, gift card, etc.) within 5 to 7 working days after processing.

Exchanges

• We understand you may occasionally wish to exchange products. Please return items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, with all tags and accessories.
• Orders can be cancelled online at www.novijourney.com/souvenir/Exchange before processing.
• If the order has already been dispatched, refuse the delivery to initiate a return.
• You may cancel items bought during a sale.
• Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5 to 7 working days after cancellation is processed.
• Size-based exchanges are allowed (subject to stock availability). Courier charges for exchanges will apply.
• Unavailable sizes will result in a return and refund.
• No exchanges are allowed for a different product, style, or color.
• Non-returnable products cannot be exchanged.
• Exchange is available only in select pin codes.
• Only one item can be exchanged at a time. Separate requests must be submitted for multiple items.
• Novi Journey reserves the right to restrict exchange privileges in case of policy misuse.
• If you wish to exchange, place a new order for the replacement item and return the original item.

Returning Damaged or Defective Items

Please report damaged or defective products to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery via email. You must include clear images showing the defect or damage.
